For over 15 years, Martin Keitel has practised law in multinational companies and a law firm (Cleary Gottlieb, United Technologies Corp., Delphi Automotive and Henry Schein). He was General Counsel Europe, and responsible for legal matters in publicly traded companies in the aerospace, automotive and healthcare sectors. For example, he has

  1. •led transactions, negotiations, litigation, from the US, across Europe, to Turkey and Russia;

  2. •advised on commercial, contract, corporate, competition and regulatory matters, in distribution, sales/purchasing, R&D, IT, services, outsourcing, partnership, M&A settings.
